Abstract

Work stress and organizational climate of PDAM Bandarmasih Banjarmasin employees are factors that
were raised in the study, so the purpose of the study is to find out and analyze the influence of work stress
and organizational climate on employee performance in the Banjarmasin City Bandarmasih Water
Company. The type of research proposed in this study is quantitative which explains the extent of the
influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The number of samples studied was
based on the number of Regional Water Supply Companies of Banjarmasin City as many as 74 people.
Analysis of research data is to use multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that work stress
and organizational climate had a significant effect on the performance of Bandarmasih Regional Water
Company employees in Banjarmasin City, so the first and second research hypotheses were accepted.
