This research aims to examine the influence of transactional leadership style and work environment both partially and simultaneously on employee job satisfaction at the Kantor UPPD Banjarmasin 1.
The type of this research is quantitative witht causal approach to determine the relationship between variable or the effect of independent variable on dependent variable The population in this study were all employees who worked in the Kantor Unit Pelayanan Pendapatan Daerah Banjarmasin 1, totaling 41 people. The sampling technique used in this research is non probability sampling technique with a saturated sample. The respondent of this research amount 41 employees who worked in Unit Pelayanan Pendapatan Daerah Banjarmasin 1. The data collection technique used in this research is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression with the application of the SPSS Statistic 26. The result of the F test in this study prove that there is a influence of the transactional leadership style and work environment on job satisfaction. The results of the test in this study prove that there I a positive and significant influence between the transactional leadership style and a positive and significant influence between work environment on employee job satisfaction at Unit Pelayanan Pendapatan Daerah Banjarmasin 1.
