Job satisfaction is identified as an important factor in achieving organizational goals, as it can reflect employees' positive or negative feelings towards their jobs. Work motivation and work discipline are considered as factors that affect employee job satisfaction. Motivation is given to increase work enthusiasm, while work discipline includes awareness and willingness to comply with company regulations and applicable social norms. This research refers to the findings of previous studies that show the positive influence of motivation and work discipline on employee job satisfaction. Previous studies illustrate that job satisfaction is not only individual, but also has a positive impact on organizational service quality and overall effectiveness. This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee job satisfaction at the Tabalon Regency Food Security, Fisheries, Food Crops and Horticulture Office with the analysis method used, namely Multiple Linear Regression analysis. Through the research conducted, it is found that Work Motivation and Work Discipline affect (jointly) the Job Satisfaction of Employees of the Food Security, Fisheries, Food Crops and Horticulture Office of Tabalong Regency, and both variables have a positive coefficient which means that every one-unit increase in the Work Motivation and Work Discipline variables will increase the Job Satisfaction of Employees of the Food Security, Fisheries, Food Crops and Horticulture Office of Tabalong Regency
