Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of person job fit on sales person performance and analyze self-efficacy moderating the effect of person job fit on sales person performance at PT. Hang Bright Electronic. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research within a quantitative method approach. The sample taken using nonprobability sampling technique with total sampling was applied to marketing personnel, resulting in a total of 107 respondents. The data collection method for this research are questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis and hypothesis testing using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis. The results show that Person Job Fit has a significant effect on sales person performance at PT. Hang Bright Electronic.
