Abstract

The purpose of this analysis is to review the influence of the work environment and work 
motivation on the organizational citizenship behavior of civil servants at the Banjarmasin City 
Education Office. Using quantitative methods with causal relationships. The population and 
samples taken by the researchers amounted to 38 respondents, using purposive sampling 
technique. Then, multiple linear regression using SPSS 22 became the data analysis technique. 
This study resulted in the fact that organizational citizenship behavior of civil servants at the 
Banjarmasin City Education Office was influenced by the work environment and work 
motivation simultaneously (1), organizational citizenship behavior of civil servants at the 
Banjarmasin City Education Office was influenced by the work environment positively and 
significantly ( 2), organizational citizenship behavior of civil servants at the Banjarmasin City 
Education Office is influenced by work motivation positively and significantly.
