Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of Return on Equity (ROE), Loan
to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non Performing Loan (NPL) and Operational Efficiency Ratio (OER) to the
company’s value. The method in this research is quantitative. Data collection techniques in the form of
documentation. Data technique analysis using multiple regression analysis that was previously tested
with classical assumptions. The result shows that variable LDR and OER have a significant influence to
the company’s value. While variable ROE and NPL doesn’t have a significant influence to the company’s
value
