Abstract

This study was conducted to (1) determine and analyze the effect of discipline and creativity 
simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Telkomsel Branch Banjarmasin; (2) knowing and 
analyzing the effect of discipline on employee performance at PT. Telkomsel Branch Banjarmasin; 
(3) knowing and analyzing the effect of creativity on employee performance at PT. Telkomsel Branch 
Banjarmasin. The research respondents were 63 employees who worked more than 1 year in 2021 
using purposive sampling that could be used in data processing. Data were analyzed by multiple 
linear regression test with the help of SPSS version 22. The results of this study state that discipline 
and creativity simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. 
Telkomsel Branch Banjarmasin. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee 
performance at PT. Telkomsel Branch Banjarmasin. Creativity has a positive and significant effect 
on employee performance at PT. Telkomsel Branch Banjarmasin
