Abstract

This research aims to identify the influence of empowerment Team Orientation, and
Development on class III civil servant Job Satisfaction at the Education and Culture Office of Tanah Laut
Regency. This type of research is expalanotry research with data collection techniques using
questionnaires. The sampling technique in the form of census or saturated sample techniques from all
class III civil servants at the civil servant class III Job Satisfaction at the Education and Culture Office of
Tanah Laut Regency, amounting to 44 respondent. Based on the F test and t test shows that empowerment,
team orientation and development have an effect both simultaneously and partially on the job satisfaction
of Class III Civil Servants at the Education and Culture Office of Tanah Laut Regency.
