Abstract

This studyzaims to (1) analyze the effectzof workload tozturnover intention (2) analyze the effect of
workload to burnout (3) analyze the effect of burnout to turnover intention and (4) analyze the burnout
mediate the effect between workload on turnover intention. This research uses explanatory research and
data collection techniques using questionnaires. That the samples in this studied are 73 employees of PT.
Pulau Baru Group Banjarmasin.The results of analysis of the four Hyphotheses prove that (1) workload
has positive and significantzeffect on the turnoverzintention (2) burnout has positivezand significant effect
onzthe turnover intentionz (3) workload has positive andzsignificantzeffect on the burnout and (4) with
path analysis indicate burnout as a mediate between the workload to turnover intention.
