This study aims to analyze the effect of Physical Work Environment and Individual Characteristics on Job Satisfaction of Coffe Shop Employees in Banjarmasin. The population in this study is employees who work in ten coffee shops totaling 80 employees in the city of Banjarmasin. Sampling uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Based on the specified criteria, a sample of 80 employee samples was obtained. The data collection technique in this study is an interview, the aim is to find out the information that must be examined during observation with the research method of distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression.
The results showed that the Physical Work Environment and Individual Characteristics had an effect (simultaneously or together) on the Job Satisfaction of Coffe Shop Employees in Banjarmasin. Physical Work Environment has an effect (Positive) on the job satisfaction of Coffe Shop Employees in Banjarmasin. Individual Characteristics affect (Positive) on Coffe Shop Employee Job Satisfaction in Banjarmasin. This means that the physical work environment and individual characteristics must be improved so that enthusiasm at work and attention to employees can increase job satisfaction at coffee shops in Banjarmasin
