Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze (1) the effect of leadership and work environment simultaneously on work discipline, (2) the effect of leadership on work discipline, (3) the effect of work environment on work discipline in employees of PT. Bandarmasih Drinking Water (Perseroda). This study uses a quantitative approach. Respondents in this study were 76 employees of the Bandarmasih Water Supply Company, Banjarmasin City. The sampling technique used is probability sampling (Simple Random Sampling). The data collection technique used a questionnaire in which the results were processed using SPSS (IBM SPSS Statistics 21). The results of the study show that the variables of Leadership and Work Environment have a positive effect on work discipline; Leadership has a positive and significant effect on work discipline; The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the work discipline of employees of PT. Bandarmasih Drinking Water (Perseroda).
