Abstract

This study was to determine the Effect of Work Motivation and Work Loyalty on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in PT. SHSD Batulicin Tanah Bumbu. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is a voluntary attitude carried out by employees in their workplace, which is not a job requirement or organizational requirement so that it is not included in the organizational reward system. The samples taken in this study were 48 respondents, using a sample determined based on the Slovin formula. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point interval scale. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that the variables of work motivation and work loyalty have an effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), work motivation have an effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and work loyalty have an effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employees of PT. SHSD Batulicin Tanah Bumbu.
