In this research, competitive advantage is the ability of a business actor to create more value than its competitors. In previous research, it is acknowledged that there is an effect of entrepreneurial orientation and product innovation on competitive advantage. The purpose of this research aims to determine entrepreneurial orientation and product innovation affect competitive advantage in culinary SME’s in Central Banjarmasin District. The population in this research were 182 culinary SME’s. Determination of sampling in this research using simple random sampling technique, by using the calculation of the Slovin formula, a sample of 83 respondents was obtained. Data from the questionnaire was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The result from this research concludes that: (1) Entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage, and (2) Product innovation has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage
