The primary objective of this research is to investigate the effect of entrepreneurial orientation,
extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, and openness to experience on business
performance of Sasirangan in Banjarmasin City. This research is an explanatory research type which is
useful to explain and analyse the causal relationships between entrepreneurial orientation, extraversion,
agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, and openness to experience with business performance.
Non Probability Sampling was used in this study and obtained 35 respondents from the owner of
Sasirangan in Banjarmasin City. Multiple Regression Analysis was conducted to examine the effect of
entrepreneurial orientation, extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, and openness
to experience on business performance assisted by the SPSS program. The results obtained showed that
the entrepreneurial orientation, agreeableness, and conscientiousness variables had a significant effect
on business performance, while the variables extraversion, neuroticism, and openness to experience did
not affect business performance.
