PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN DISPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN HOTEL PALM BANJARMASIN

Abstract

This research is purpose to carry out the effect of work satisfaction and work dicipline on employee performance in Palm Hotel of Banjarmasin. Research was involved in causal research. Amount as sampling was 46 respondents. Data was collected by questionnaire which is directly spreaded for employes overally. Data analysis worn multiple regression. Result show there are effect work satisfaction and work dicipline simultanously on employee performance. And than, partially  there are effect work satisfaction and work dicipline simultanously on employee performance.
